The new 2023 menu is out! Any couples getting married the next few months will be using this as their guideline for final prices. As a reminder, we do update our menu at least once and sometimes, twice per year. Please be sure to look below in the resource library prior to any meetings with me. This will help prevent any surprises when it comes to making final wedding menu selections.

It’s the middle of wedding season and we are loving the unique blend of weddings we have hosted so far. This year we have a total of 96 weddings! It is truly record breaking and love is in the air every weekend. Because we typically have multiple weddings every weekend there is a lot of dynamics to ensure all items are set and cleared in a timely manner. Because of this, we are seeing many wedding items left behind. Here are a couple tips to ensure you get your items back:
We ask that if an item is accidentally left behind, you claim it within 7 days. If we know which wedding it was from we will attempt to reach out to you. Please know, the last thing we want to do is dispose of something that is precious to you!

As always, we will still continue to offer assorted dessert displays. As an added perk, when you order a display you get a complimentary 6″ couple’s cutting cake! Hi Couples!
Wanted to update you on a couple of criteria for wedding taste tests. We have a lot of weddings this year, which means demand for taste tests is high! We offer up to two taste test events per month. They are typically from 3pm to 8pm with one hour time slots totaling appointment times for couples. You will receive an invite when it is your time as indicated in the original wedding guide timeline provided.
As this is a complimentary offering, I need to clear time with our culinary team and banquets team to ensure they are available and we have space to do the tastings in. This taste test is optional and for plated entrees only, so if you cannot attend we ask you schedule a details session instead. We are not able to accommodate special requests for dates/times of the taste test or delays to invites. While we understand some have very busy schedules, we need to stick to a format that allows us to continue doing regular business and give equal opportunity to all couples.
We appreciate your patience as we work towards the goal of creating an amazing wedding day for you!
